According to the press email we received on behalf of Panda Express,
"From April 4th to April 17th, guests who purchase the Wok Fired Shrimp entrée (Bowl, Plate, Bigger Plate, Cub Meal or Family Meal) will get a free small a la carte entrée of choice at all participating locations!"
