The Cheesarito is a soft tortilla stuffed with melted cheese, scallions, and sauce. Stuffed, but not overstuffed. It is still think enough to be held as a quesadilla. You can select other ingredients, but don’t get crazy and definitely no meats or it beats the purpose of being a cheesarito and you’ve got yourself a regular burrito.
