Winter Starbucks Drinks

What is the secret: Winter and Christmas inspired drinks.
Where can you order this? Any Starbucks location.
Best time to order: During the winter season.

Why we love it: It may only be August, but time flies and winter will be here before you know it. And with it, Christmas! So we’ve gathered four drinks that are perfect for the holiday season, but are not on the menu. These are so tasty, you’ll be wanting winter to arrive even sooner! Most baristas at Starbucks are aware of these drinks, but if they aren’t (or you happen to get a newbie), we’ve included the recipes for your convenience.

  • Thin Mint Frappuccino — Does it remind you of girl scout cookies? It should! This is Tazo green tea creme, 2 pumps chocolate syrups, 1 pump mint syrup, java chips, and honey.
  • Candy cane Frappuccino — This one is simple to make. Ask for a vanilla bean frappuccino with 1-2 pumps of peppermint syrup. That’s it!
  • Christmas Cookie Frappuccino — We never crave cookies more than during the holidays. Something about that season brings a sweet innocence. This is a vanilla bean frappuccino with 1-2 pumps pepperminut syrup, 1-2 pumps toffee nut syrup, and topped with caramel drizzle and raw sugar. (The sugar is optional, but why wouldn’t you wan it?)
  • S’mores Frappuccino — Most may havea craving for S’mores during the summer, but not when Starbucks creates this delicious cold drink. This is a java chip frappuccino with one pump cinnamon dolce syrup, one pump toffee nut syrup, and whipped cream blended in and on top.
