Why we love it: This is Wendy’s second and final secret menu item, so they at least make it available in all locations. Why is this the ultimate meat lovers dream and a vegetarian’s nightmare? You can probably imagine why, but we’re about to tell you. The Barnyard Burger isn’t an addition to an existing Wendy’s burger, or a substitution, it is its own big deal .
We all know the barnyard can get a little sloppy, and so can this burger so be sure not to eat it in the car. If you can’t wait, we understand, but dine in. The Barnyard Burger consists of a chicken patty, a beef patty, crispy bacon, two slices of cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes. All nestled between two toasty buns. This burger also used to include ham, but we’re not sure Wendy’s has brought ham back to its restaurants after discontinuing the ingredient. You’ll have to call to investigate.
Bonus tip: Ask for the burger to sit on the grill longer for a toasty flavor.
