Why we love it: You already know about Shake Shack’s popular hot dogs. But did you know you can have everything included in the hot dog but in a burger version? Well, at Shake Shack, you can! This spin on the hot dog is called the Shack-cago burger. Now, most locations are willing to put together this creation for you, so you may want to call ahead to be sure you don’t make the drive to your nearest Shake Shack for no reason.
To order, ask for a regular ShakeBurger but say that you want to select very different toppings. These toppings are the Shack-cago Dog toppings. Things can get messy, and you may not love it as much as other sandwiches, which is why, oftentimes, the staff refuses to make them.
