23. Chimes Restaurant — Baton Rouge, LA

Going to college at Louisiana State University means one thing: You’re gonna get a nice helping of Cajun cuisine.

Forget rooting for the LSU Tigers, the best part about attending LSU is all of the Cajun food that will surround you after a night drinking the night away in one of Baton Rouge’s many college bars.

One option that should def be on your list is the Chimes Restaurant, which serves up those famous shrimp-po boys and other great Cajun dishes in the early morning hours. Ah, the taste of Cajun when you’re drunk as a skunk.

Good times.

22. Cook Out — Starkville, MS

We thought that we’d never see the goodness of a burger tray from Cook Out outside of the Tar Heel State.

We were wrong.

To our grand surprise, there is a Cook Out right in the heart of Mississippi State country. Now, students who get drunk in Starkville’s bars can get their burger fix at one of the South’s growing fast-food chains. Even better is that these plates are super cheap, which will make your wallet very happy when you wake up in a morning haze.
