50. Kerbey Lane Cafe — Austin, TX
Ah, Austin, Texas, home to the prestigious flagship of the University of Texas system.
Though Austin is no longer just a college town, it still has that college atmosphere, especially around Guadalupe Street, which is home to some of Austin’s best independent restaurants.
One such restaurant is Kerby Lane Cafe, a place that beckons university students who indulge in a night of drinking and fun on “Dirty 6th.” The allure of Kerby Lane, other than it’s 24-hour schedule, are the pancakes, which are Texas-sized and will cure any hangover obtained in nearby downtown Austin.

49. Tacolicious — Palo Alto, Ca
For starters, get rid of the notion that everyone in Pala Alto, home to Stanford University, eats healthy 24/7.
Second, if you’re going to spend a night here in this ritzy town, leave some time to grab some late-night tacos at Tacolicious. Yes, it may be a little pricier than your typical taqueria, but there is nothing more satisfying than wolfing down some authentic tacos late at night.
Oh, and you want to know the best part about Tacolicous? It can still be healthy for you! A healthy taco joint? Only in Palo Alto my junk eating friend.
