Master of None – Arby’s

In its two seasons, Master of None has thoughtfully explored a range of complex topics, including the modern dating scene, the challenges associated with trying to make it as an actor and the eternal search for personal fulfillment. While the series has provided more questions than answers regarding most of those subjects, it’s also offered some meaningful ideas about what you need to be happy. Quality friendships, romance and a good relationship with your family all make the list. As does taking time out to enjoy life’s sensual pleasures, such as really good food.

While the series showcases a number of unique and delectable foods, there are some commonalities based on the preferences of its protagonist. Dev (Aziz Ansari) clearly has a great love for bold flavors, unconventional textures and meat. Be it burgers, piles of pork or BBQ, Dev cannot get enough meat. Accordingly, it would make a lot of sense to pair a Master of None marathon with some meat-packed sandwiches from Arby’s.

The eatery serves seven different kinds of meat as well as turkey and chicken in various sandwiches, wraps and sliders. It’s the best fast food place to call upon when you want to indulge your carnivorous impulses. You can go for the full-on meat coma with a stacked maple bacon sammy or take a more sensible approach and snack on a selection of chicken, ham, beef and turkey sliders. Going by Master of None’s previous season, you’ll probably want to go with that second option. After watching multiple instances of Dev smash an array of different gorgeously photographed meats, you probably want to eat as much meat as you can get your hands on.
