Why is May 14, National Buttermilk Biscuit Day? I have no idea. To be honest, I am not that fussed about the why, all I am fussed about is cooking up a batch of buttermilk biscuits to sink my teeth into.
To celebrate the day. I have taken a look at a variety of different recipes on the internet and have found 3 very nice and simple recipes that you can try in order to make your very own buttermilk biscuits.
