7: JR. Cheeseburger

Pretty simple really, the Wendy’s JR. Cheeseburger is made from 100% beef, cheese pickles and onions. Nothing fancy, just a simple, JR. Cheeseburger.

6: Apple Pecan Salad

A salad comprised of hand-picked apples, both red and green, with some sweet cranberries, crumbled blue cheese and roasted pecans. The salad also has your hit of protein with grilled chicken, finished off with a pomegranate vinaigrette dressing.

5: Grilled Chicken Wrap

Take some crisp lettuce, smoky honey mustard sauce, cheddar cheese and a grilled chicken breast all wrapped up in a tortilla wrap and you have the Wendy’s Grilled Chicken Wrap.

4: Berry Burst Chicken Salad

Quite literally bursting with berries, you will find strawberries and blueberries along with a raspberry vinaigrette sauce in the Wendy’s Beery Burst Chicken Salad. Along with the berries you also have your grilled chicken, lettuce, feta and roasted almonds.

3: Chilli

It’s fresh and it’s hot, it’s chilli. Wendy’s make their chilli fresh with their signature ingredients giving it that little but of something something.

2: Southwest Avocado Salad

Another salad from Wendy’s, this time filled with Applewood smoked bacon, some Pepper Jack cheese and a Southwest Ranch. Creamy Avocado is also on the side for you to dip your lettuce and grilled chicken into.

1: Junior Vanilla Frosty

Cool, creamy and fresh, the Junior Vanilla Frosty is well known and loved menu item that is also healthy.
