Bud Light Victory Fridges, awesome idea or disaster waiting to happen?

Bud Light may have had the best idea ever with the Victory Fridges but it could very well come back to bite them in the rear end as well.

Everyone loves Bud Light. We love their beer and we love their adverts. Overall, Bud Light is a good brand and a company that seems to have a lot of fun with the aim of bringing joy to all. And that is what they have intended with the Victory Fridges that have been installed in Cleveland bars for Cleveland Brown fans.

For those of you are unaware, Cleveland Brown fans have had a bit of a tough time recently. Last season their team ended the football season with a 0-16 season, a.k.a winless. They have also only won one game in the last two years.

However, changes are being made with the aim to make some major improvements this year and Bud Light is clearly trying to support them with the Victory Fridges.

Right now, all of the fridges are locked, but once the Cleveland Browns win their first game, they will all unlock simultaneously and the beer is free for all the fans to drink.

It’s a great idea in principle. Fans, who have been through thick and thin, will be ecstatic once they get their first win in so long and will want to be able to celebrate. And what better way to do that than other than a nice cold Bud Light?

However, while Bud Light will have had no intention of causing trouble, there is a possibility of this all coming back bite them in the butt.

The assumptions with theses Victory Fridges is the Cleveland Browns will win a game. What if they don’t? It has happened before and it can happen again. If they don’t win a game, will Cleveland Browns put up with the fridges basically taunting them?

I would like to say nothing bad will happen but you never know. Sports make even the sanest person go a bit crazy.
