Pumpkin Spice free food at Starbucks
Time to have a look at what food is available to you. Unsurprisingly, it is going to be nothing but muffins and other bakery goods.
Just like the drinks, your normal everyday options will be good to go, they haven’t been altered in any way and are sure to be pumpkin spice free.
When it comes to the fall menu, this is what you go for.
Morning Muffin
Right so you might feel this is cheating a little bit because the morning muffin contains pumpkin seeds, but seeds and spice are not the same thing, so I let this one in. The Morning Muffins is filled to the brim with oats, carrots, coconut, raisins, zucchini, and walnuts. It is then topped with Pumpkin seeds, oats and sugar.
Blueberry Muffin
Nothing really Fall-like about the Blueberry Muffin but it is on the Fall-menu and since it contains no Pumpkin Spice it makes the list of options to choose from. It’s made with Blueberry’s by the way, just in case you weren’t sure.

Maple Pecan Muffin
Made with gorgeous flavors of maple and pecan syrup, the maple pecan is the ideal substitution for Pumpkin Spice. In fact, it should really become the new Starbucks Fall flavor of choice.
Apple Cider Doughnut
Apples are a massive part of the Fall season, so rightfully deserved a spot on the Fall menu. The Apple Cider Doughnut has a sweet vanilla glaze covering the Apple Cider flavor dough, and it to is topped off with sugar.
