Coffee: Unique facts you should know about your favorite brew

Number 1: Moments you should never be drinking coffee!
I teased it the opening slide, so I suppose I should give you the full details about the times that you should never be drinking coffee.
After the gym is not an ideal time to be having coffee.
Your body is in much need of hydration and nutrients after that good workout you just put in. What it doesn’t need is the caffeine. So, although you might want to grab an espresso, you should grab the water instead.
When you are drinking it for the sake of drinking it is another time you shouldn’t be drinking coffee.
This is actually really easy to do though. Everybody around you is having a cup, or you work in an environment where it is easily at hand, and you end up having one in order to fit in. But like most things in life, overindulgence is never a good thing and drinking too much coffee is included in there.
Lastly, don’t drink coffee when it is too late in the day for you.
There isn’t an exact cut off of when you have should stop drinking coffee though because it is down to the individual. Everyone is different. But if you know that your next cup of coffee will keep you up all night, then you should probably put it to one side.
