Number 5: People pay $600 for coffee excreted by a cat!

Oh yes. That is not a typo or anything. There are some people in the world who are willing to pay $600 for coffee that has been excreted by a cat. Excreted means you went and did a number two in the bathroom by the way.

It sounds completely mental, and I personally think it is, but this is real.

Known as Kopi Luwak coffee, it costs $600 per pound. That is roughly around 48 cups of coffee, give or take a few cups. Now I don’t know how much coffee you drink, but I have at least two cups a day. Sometimes more.

So, this $600 coffee, isn’t even going to last me a month! What the heck!

Yet that part isn’t even the part that is the most mental. The fact that these are coffee beans excreted by a Sumatran wildcat is what is so jaw-droppingly ridiculous. Why do you want to drink coffee made from beans that came out of cat’s bottom? Why?

It must be some damn good coffee that sends you all the way to cloud nine and beyond or something.
