13. Who-Roast Beast Omelette — IHOP

I told you we weren’t done with The Hop!

First, I introduced you to Grinch Pancakes, and now, let me allow you to say hello to the Who-Roast Beast Omelette, straight out of Whoville. This omelet surely lives up to its name, as it’s a monster. An omelet filled with hash browns, shredded beef, shredded Monterey Jack AND cheddar cheese, and jalapeno to give it that extra holiday kick.

Oh, I’m not done.

On top of the omelet, you get an onion blend and cheese and spicy BBQ sauce, with a Serrano pepper. If you are thinking to yourself, “Man, that’s a lot for one omelet,” then, you’re not alone. That is a ton of items for one omelet. It’s almost similar to the Colorado omelet, which originally held IHOP’s title for “omelet you will not complete in one sitting.” Now, there’s a mew omelet in town, and eaters should be afraid, very afraid.

The Who-Roast Beast Omelette isn’t for the faint of heart, or for the light eater. Even for those adventurous enough to tackle this beast of an omelet, you may have to put your waitress on stand-by for a take-home plate and admit defeat to an omelet that will come out swinging in force.
