What is it and what is it made of?
Obviously, it completely depends on what you order, the McDonald’s Milkshake, Ice-Cream, McFlurry, all come out of the dairy machine. So basically, it’s a dairy mixture filled with your favorite ingredients, flavoring, and toppings.
Why does it need to be removed?
There isn’t actually anything hugely wrong with this menu item. It tastes great and all. The problem is the availability. Be completely honest, can you actually say there hasn’t been at least one time in your life where you have visited a McDonald’s branch to get a Milkshake or a McFlurry only to be told that the milkshake machine is off, or they have run out of ice-cream?
Reliability is just such a huge issue when it comes to ordering one of these. Which is ridiculously frustrating. Either have them available or not McDonald’s. I get it. The occasional mishap with the machine is going to happen. But this is fast becoming a habit.
So McDonald’s need to make a decision. Either sort out the fact that they rarely have the fast food menu available. Or, remove it from the menu immediately. Because I am fed up playing some McDonald’s version of Russian Roulette whenever I want a milkshake.
