Wendy’s Twitter is roasting everyone on National Roast Day

National Roast Day is finally here and Wendy’s Twitter is dominating the day as they are roasting everyone and anyone, including their fast food competition.

If you follow Wendy’s Twitter account, you know they are more than just a fast food company. The social media team behind the account are the best in business when it comes to social interaction with their followers. Not only by promoting their products but having fun at the same time.

For example, when Nebraska didn’t have the best of nights on the sports field, Wendy’s, of all places, were on hand to cheer them up. Sort of. By pointing out they could do with a good olde Frosty to ice down their wounds from the beating they had just taking.

It sparked a hefty debate about if Wendy’s was being malicious or not. But the main point was a fast food company, that has really nothing to do with sports, was jumping in and catching our attention.
