Ingredients / To-Go Party Platter Order:

  • 2 Family Garden Salads / 2 Family Garden Salads (each salad serves 6-8)
  • 2 Sauces / Sauces are complimentary with Party Platters
  • 38 Parrot Isle Jumbo Coconut Shrimp / 2 Parrot Isle Jumbo Coconut Shrimp Platters (25 shrimp in each)
  • 36 Walt’s Favorite Shrimp / 2 Walt’s Favorite Shrimp Platters (25 shrimp in each)
  • 56 Signature Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail / 2 Signature Jumbo Shrimp
    Cocktail Platters (2 lb.) (36
    shrimp in each)
  • 12 Petite Maine Lobster Tails / 2 Petite Maine Lobster Tail Platters (8 tails in each)
  • 21 Chicken Breast Strips / 1 Chicken Breast Strips Platter (25 strips in each)
  • 48 Cheddar Bay Biscuits / 4 Dozen Cheddar Bay Biscuits
  • 1 Whole Maine Lobster /  Add the 1.25 lb. Whole Maine Lobster to the To-Go order

Instructions:

  • Fill the field with both salads and have fun arranging the toppings – tomatoes, croutons, onions, etc. – as players!
  • Fill one end zone with cocktail sauce (served with the Walt’s Favorite Shrimp & Petite Maine Lobster Tails Platters) and the other with Pina Colada sauce (served with the Parrot Isle Coconut Shrimp Platter). Or, sub in Honey Mustard, which is served with the Chicken Breast Strips Platter.
  • Stack all 38 shrimp on one side of the stadium, lining up 12-13 shrimp across each of the top 3 stands, leaving space down the middle for shrimp cocktail to join the crowd.
  • Place all of the Walt’s Favorite Shrimp on the opposite side of the stadium. Line up 12 shrimp on each of the top 3 stands, leaving space down the middle for shrimp cocktail.
  • Place 18 shrimp on both sides of the stadium between the different types of fried shrimp. Use the remaining 20 shrimp to fill in the bottom stands (10 on each side). Here’s a tip – help your shrimp fans see over the stadium wall by propping them up on lemon wedges (which come as a garnish with the platters!).
  • Place all tails standing straight up and side by side behind one of the field goal posts.
  • Place chicken strips standing straight up and side by side behind the opposite field goal posts.
  • Make the four corners of the stadium out of the famous Cheddar Bay Biscuits (12 per corner). Much like a chip bowl, guests can dig into these during the big game!
  • If you’re looking to elevate your stadium game even further, add to the center of the field to really stand out!
