24. Seasons 52
In 2003, a new concept hit the dining landscape, and it would throw down the gauntlet when it came to chain upscale restaurants.
The name of this chain would be called Seasons 52.
Seasons 52 is kind of like The Capital Grille (Fun fact: They’re both own by the same company!) in both price and atmosphere, but there is a slight difference between Seasons 52 and its older, more experienced brother.
Whereas The Capital Grille serves up steak and other traditional upscale fares, Seasons 52 leans more toward a fresh grill and wine bar format, which puts it in Fleming’s category. Seasons 52 is a sophisticated place, one where it’s not too stuffy, but you do have to dress a certain way to be able to fit into the vibe of this place.
As mentioned earlier, the chain was founded in 2003 in Orlando, and the name “Seasons 52” is quite fitting, as in the chain switches up its menu four times a year to match the “seasons.”
Get it?
Of course, you do!
In addition to their rotating menu, Seasons 52 is also famous for its ginormous wine bar, and that’s not an exaggeration, either. Each location has over 100 different bottles of the good stuff, and 52 of them (get it? 52!) can be had by the glass. So, reading that, you get the gist of what Seasons 52 is all about, which would make it a great place to spend Valentine’s night with your love.
Depending on the season.
