Move over, Valentine’s Day, it’s time to prepare for the next holiday, St. Patrick’s Day!
It’s time to begin all St. Patrick’s Day preparations, and McDonald’s is here to kick start it all with their famous Shamrock Shakes, now available!
Let’s be honest, we’re all suckers for limited-time items. There’s just something about knowing they’ll only be available for a short while that makes us want this goodie so much more! And the sooner, the better. Well, McDonald’s Shamrock Shakes for St. Patrick’s Day have arrived, and they’re only here for a limited time.

As the tweet reads, these minty shakes we’ve long been waiting for (pretty much since they were removed from the menu) have returned! These are only available at participating McDonald’s, until March 24. Use their app to find one near you.

Want to feel lucky? A Shamrock Shake should do the trick. The mint-green color also reminds us of spring, and we’re all ready for winter to be over! If you’ve never tried this shake, though, don’t late the color scare you away, it’s only food coloring. The Shamrock Shakes are tasty vanilla with minty syrup and whipped cream. Oh, and don’t forget the cherry on top!
McDonald’s Shamrock Shakes are definitely a menu item we wish could be added to the list of menu options we want to stick around forever.
These refreshing treats aren’t the only limited item available at McDonald’s. On Valentine’s Day, the fast food restaurants offered a sneak peek at their donut sticks. If you missed out on this, don’t worry, they’ll be officially back on February 20!
