St. Patrick’s Day is only a few short weeks away, it’s time to get festive with flashy green drinks from Starbucks!
Whether your heart was broken on Valentine’s Day or you reached #RelationshipGoals, it’s time to move on to the next big holiday: St. Patrick’s Day. To begin celebrating, you don’t have to wait until March 17, just go to your local Starbucks for a tasty green treat.
St. Patrick’s Day has sure come a long way! From what began as a cultural and religious celebration in Ireland, has expanded to wearing green, going out, and drinking. Hey, celebrate this day however you wish, we’re not here to judge! But we are here to suggest you get the party started a lot earlier than March 17, which by the way, falls on a Sunday (booo!).
How can you do that? Well, sure, many fast food places and restaurants will begin rolling out St. Patrick’s Day drink specials here soon, but Starbucks has beat them all to the punch.

Below, we name our four favorite green drinks Starbucks is serving up. Please note, these won’t always be available. If you frequent Starbucks, I don’t need to tell you they often run out of ingredients. On top of that, some of these drinks may only be available in limited locations.
The Cool Lime Refresher
Minty and cool, what more do you need as you welcome St. Patrick’s Day AND spring? Sure, you can also get a regular lemonade, but where’s the fun in that? It’s made with real fruit and oh so refreshing! Technically, this drink has been discontinued, but it remains part of many location’s secret menu. You may just get lucky!
Matcha Green Tea Crème Frappuccino
Ahh, this is a personal favorite! It’s also as green as it gets. What is it? I’ll tell ya! The ingredients include ice, milk, creme frappuccino syrup, whipped cream, vanilla syrup, matcha tea blend, and other yummy ingredients. It’s a sweet, sweet green heaven.
Iced Matcha Green Tea Latte
Not feeling the frappuccino? No worries, how about the Iced Matcha Green Tea Latte? It’s creamy and lightly sweetened (definitely not as packed on the sweetness as the Matcha Green Tea Creme Frappuccino). Made with milk, ice, and matcha tea blend.
Matcha Lemonade
Zesty lemonade with Teavana matcha green tea shaken with ice! Yum! If you’re searching for something more “classic,” this drink is it!
