National Pancake Day: Snooze to bring back old favorites

Snooze, an A.M. Eatery is making preparations for National Pancake Day! Here’s what to expect…
National Pancake Day is on March 5, and it’s never too early start hunting for the best deals and most delicious pancakes to devour when the time arrives. If you’re already searching for a place to have pancakes for breakfast, brunch, or dinner (or all three, we’re not here to judge), you may want to have Snooze, an A.M. Eatery on your radar.
In Snooze’s continued effort to make the world and the community a better place, 100% of pancake proceeds go to local gardens in each community they’re located in. This won’t be any different on National Pancake Day! In fact, the press release shares the Snooze staff will be planting and harvesting gardens themselves come April. Gotta love those who give back!
Snooze is celebrating National Pancake Day with “an all-star line up of throwback pancakes and strong charitable arm.” On March 5, there will be a one-time-only return of some of Snooze’s most favorite and missed pancakes — all chosen by loyal guests and staff.

From Snooze’s press release, here are the pancakes to be included in this amazing deal:
"King Cake: A honey cinnamon pancake topped with vanilla buttercream, served with maple bourbon sauce, and festive raw sugar.Coffee N’ Donuts: Buttermilk pancake drizzled with maple donut glaze, crushed pecans, and a side of espresso cream.Strawberry Fields: Corn batter pancake topped with fresh strawberries, strawberry honey sauce, whipped mascarpone, and candied almonds.Blackberry Sublime: Buttermilk pancake loaded with white chocolate chips, topped with Key Lime pie filling, graham cracker crumble, plump blackberries, and lime-zested mascarpone whipped cream.Polidori in a Blanket: Buttermilk pancake filled with sliced Polidori sausage links, topped with Slopeside Maple Syrup, and whipped butter.The Vermonter: Buttermilk pancake filled with fresh blueberries, topped with streusel, Slopeside Maple Syrup, and lavender butter."
