Where can you find Chip and Joanna’s coffee shop?

Former Fixer Upper hosts Chip and Joanna Gaines are opening up a coffee shop! Where will it be located?
HGTV stars Chip and Joanna Gaines mean business! Not only was their reality series Fixer Upper a hit for the network, but the duo have bigger dreams outside of house renovations! For starters, fans can purchase their line of home decor, Magnolia Market, in stores such as Target. There’s also an official Magnolia Market store in Waco, TX, and it’s very popular.
The couple also opened the bakery Silos Baking Co., where you’ll find delicious cupcakes and other treats. No, that’s not all, Waco is also home to Magnolia Table, a restaurant serving up hearty meals and breakfast. Now, Chip and Joanna are blessing Texas with even more! That’s right, a coffee shop is on the way!

As you probably already guessed, the coffee shop will also be located in Waco, TX. I’m from Texas, but Waco is long drive, let’s hope Chip and Joanna decide to expand in the near future.
The coffee shop doesn’t have a name just yet, more details are expected to be released very soon. What we do know is that the shop will be big enough to offer indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a drive-thru for those on the go (most of us).
The address is also set! The shop will be located at 418 S. Eighth St., near Magnolia Market.
