What are the eight flavors, how healthy are they and how many calories are in each? Here’s the full scoop!

Are these gluten-free? Most of them! Five of the 8 flavors are gluten-free, they are: Full Moon Vanilla, Midnight Chocolate, After Dinner Mint Chip, Cold Brew Decaf, Cherry Eclipse.

Full Moon Vanilla: Rich Vanilla that is so, so creamy. This would go great in a banana milkshake! There are 70 calories per serving and it’s a good source of protein with no artificial sweeteners whatsoever.

Midnight Chocolate: Despite containing two kinds of cocoa, Midnight Chocolate is low in caffeine and won’t make you want to stay up late. Same as Full Moon Vanilla, it has 70 calories per serving, no artificial sweeteners and good source of protein.

After Dinner Mint Chip: I’m usually not a fan of minty ice cream, but I may be now! 80 calories per serving, no artificial sweeteners and good source of protein.

Cold Brew Decaf: The keyword here is “Decaf,” so no worries on staying up late. 80 calories per serving. This is another ice cream I would suggest you turn into a shake, delicious! No artificial sweeteners and good source of protein.

Cookies n’ Dreams: Make room for my favorite of all eight, the Cookies n’ Dreams nightfood ice cream! This is what ice cream dreams are made of. It’s chocolaty and crunchy! 90 calories per serving, no artificial sweeteners and good source of protein.

Milk & Cookie Dough: What’s the deal with this one, dough? It’s super tasty! The dough chunks are super satisfying, you won’t be able to get enough. 90 calories per serving, no artificial sweeteners and good source of protein.

Cherry Eclipse: In all seriousness, nightfood’s Cherry Eclipse gives Ben & Jerry’s Cherry Garcia a run for their money! This is my family’s favorite, which is great, so that I can have Cookies n’ Dreams all to myself. It contains melatonin-rich cherries and chocolate chips. The Cherry Eclipse has 100 calories per serving, still no artificial sweeteners, though! Great source of protein.

Bed and Breakfast: Fan of maple ice cream and have been searching for a healthy substitute? Look no further than nightfood’s Bed and Breakfast! 100 calories for serving, no artificial sweeteners, good source of protein.
