Is Chick-fil-A open on St. Patrick’s Day?
By Sandy C.
Usually, if you wear green to Chick-fil-A on St. Patrick’s Day you get free nuggets! This year, though, it’s a little bit different.
Okay, we lied. St. Patrick’s Day at Chick-fil-A is not a “little bit” different this year, it’s completely different. While it’s true that Chick-fil-A offers free food to those who wear green, along with other food goodies, the holiday lands on a Sunday this year. And as we all know, Chick-fil-A does not open on Sundays. No exceptions.
If you were looking forward to Chick-fil-A nuggets, iced coffee, and shakes, start making other plans. Chick-fil-A will not be open this St. Patrick’s Day. It’s not all bad news, though, there are plenty of other restaurants and fast food joints offering some very sweet deals. Even Grubhub has several free delivery options, some of them running all the way through March Madness.
