Arby’s themselves have not officially made an announcement, of any kind, about whether they will be open or not on Good Friday. Looking around at various websites who specialize in opening hours, it is the general consensus Arby’s will be open on Good Friday.
So, if you do need to grab a beef sandwich, chicken sandwich, or whatever, you should be able to grab one from the chain who has the meats! However, a word of caution.

While the consensus is Arby’s will be open on Good Friday, it is not a guarantee. Opening hours are always subject to change, especially during a holiday. So, what you should do to ensure you don’t get caught out by visiting a store that has closed early is one of the following.
Run a quick internet search on the specific store you plan to visit. Opening hours for the day should be pinged back, letting you know if they are closed or not.
However, these opening hours are not always reliable. So the other thing you can do is get in touch with your local Arby’s directly. You can do this by getting their contact telephone number online and using it to speak to a staff number.
