Game of Thrones drinking game even Cersei couldn’t handle

The eighth and final season of Game of Thrones is about to kick off and what better way to watch the premiere than playing a Game of Thrones drinking game.

Game of Thrones is known for a lot of things. Death, betrayal, white walkers, dragons, and wine. Lots and lots of wine. Hence the “More Wine” memes. Along with the famous saying, “I Drink and I Know Thing.” Basically, a lot of drinking goes on in the HBO series. So it makes complete sense to play a Game of Thrones drinking game during the premiere.

Heck, you could, in fact, play a Game of Thrones drinking game during any of the Season 8 episodes. Even once the final season is over you could play the game while rewatching any of the episodes.

So grab a notepad and pen, and prepare to take some notes. Or at the very least, bookmark this page so you can find it later. Here is the Game of Thrones drinking game even Cersei couldn’t handle.

What you will need!

Something to drink, ideally something alcoholic but soft drinks will work as well.

The rules!

Drink whenever…..

• Someone dies, as in anyone, no matter how minor a character they are.
• A dragon appears.
• A White Walker appears.
• The Iron Throne or any other major landmark, Winterfell, Kings Landing, etc, appears.
• Whenever you hear one of the following; “house Stark, Lannister, etc, ” “lord” “lady” “your grace.”

Take a bigger drink when…..

• Jon Snow and Arya Stark reunite for the very first time.
• Jon Snow and Jamie Lannister reunite for the very first time.
• Jon Snow and Samwell Tarly reunite for the very first time.
• Arya Stark and Gendry (the last Baratheon) reunite for the very first time.
• Brienne of Tarth and Tormund Giantsbane reunite for the very first time.
• Jon Snow and Bran Stark reunite for the very first time.
• Sansa Stark and Cersei Lannister reunite for the very first time.
• Jorah Mormont and Lyanna Mormont reunite for the very first time.
• Jon Snow and The Night King reunite for the very first time.

Finish whatever is left in your drink whenever…..

• A main character is killed off.
• The Night King appears.
• Jorah Mormont says; “Khaleesi” or “My Queen.”
• Arya strikes another off “The List.”
• Whenever there is a sex scene.
• The dragons score a kill.
• A famous catchphrase is used. “King of the North,” “Bend the Knee,” etc.

Grab a new drink and finish it off immediately whenever…..

• Jon Snow learns his true lineage.
• Jon Snow puts two and two together about his true lineage and gets super awkward around Daenerys.
• Ghost appears.
