Life’s Grape makes snacking taste great and feel even better
By Sandy C.
Life’s Grape is about to change the way you snack by providing a treat that’s both delicious and healthy!
Let’s be honest, when we want a healthy snack, we often have to sacrifice flavor. It’s not easy getting the best of both world’s. I’ve been fortunate, though, to have tried a few brands that do provide a great tasting snack that’s also not packing on the calories or fat. The latest company to join that short list is Life’s Grape!
Life’s Grape is a family owned business by a mother and daughter duo! So, parents, you already know this is mom-approved. The California-grown brand provides easy and tasty snacks for kids and adults.
"From the press release: The Selma Pete grapes used to make Life’s Grape spend more time on the vine (think wine grapes) which translates to a final product with more flavor, nutrition and juiciness. The product lineup includes Classic Vine-Dried Grapes, Mini Vine-Dried Grapes and Dark Chocolate Dipped Vine-Dried Grapes."

Our favorite? Do we even need to say it? The Dark Chocolate Dipped Vine-Dried Grapes, of course! Best of all, these three varieties (classic vine-dried grapes, mini vine-dried grapes, and dark chocolate dipped vine-dried grapes) all come in both 13oz resealable packs and 1oz bags (in packs of 12).
Even though I’m a mom, I didn’t really consider sharing these with my 5-year-old. He’s a picky eater set in his ways. When he saw me try them, though, he was interested so I shared a small pack. To my surprise, these are his new favorite treat and I’ve been putting one in his lunch box for school ever since!
A few Life’s Grape for Minis and Classics facts: No added sugar, gluten free, vegan, Kosher, preservative free and more! Chocolate Dipped Vine-Dried Grapes are gluten free, Kosher, and Non-GMO.
You can snack a few from the large pack or grab a small size pack and not feel overstuffed as you would a regular snack — this is true even for the chocolate dipped dried grapes.
