Pizza Hut celebrates Star Wars with May the Fourth pizza promo

May the Fourth be with you! National Star Wars Day is here and Pizza Hut is celebrating the day by teaming up with Tom Angleberger, author of Origami Yoda.
It’s the day of the year for Star Wars fans! National Star Wars Day, more commonly known as May the Fourth, is here and celebrating the day alongside fans is Pizza Hut. The internationally recognized pizza chain has added a new author partner to its Pizza Hut’s BOOK IT! program, an author many fans of the force will be familiar with.
Tom Angleberger, author of the New York Times bestselling series “Origami Yoda,” is the new author partner and his addition to the program could not come at a better time.

To celebrate Tom Angleberger’s addition to the program, Pizza Hut is offering customers a very special promotion nationwide on May the Fourth. Customers who place an order with the chain will be able to receive 35% of ALL, and I do mean ALL, menu-priced items.

Pizza Hut is also donating 10,000 copies of Angleberger’s books. They will be heading to a nonprofit social enterprise called First Book, who will then distribute them to educators. The aim of the nonprofit is to support educators with kids in need of high-quality, curated books, and educational resources.
