Earlier this week, a hater took to Twitter to disrespect coconut water everywhere. They didn’t think Vita Coco would notice, but they most certainly did.
We’ll be the first to admit that coconut water is not for everyone, and that’s fine. But hey, no need to go hate on it. To each their own, right? Well this coconut water hater learned his lesson, and he was a great sport about it. Here’s what went down in case you missed it:
Vita Coco recently launched a campaign to promote their “Impossible to Hate” pressed coconut water. And, apparently, they monitor social media closely in search of coconut water trolls to try to change their minds.
So who spoke against coconut water? That would be Tony Posnanski, who did not hold back on his thoughts about coconut water. Check out the exchange of tweets, below:
What did we gather from all of this? Two things! One: Don’t hate on Vita Coco, they won’t stand for it. And two: In the words of Vita Coco, don’t knock it till you try it! It’s true. Why not try something first before you go online to hate on it?
