Fat Snax is your new obsession and a keto lifestyle must-have

A healthy snack, particularly one that follows the keto guide, usually sacrifices flavor — but Fat Snax changes the game.

Earlier this month, Fat Snax sent a box off cookies my way so I could see for myself how tasty they are despite being a healthy snack and keto-approved. Now, I’m not one to be skeptical — I’d give any food and drink a try, and these instantly looked delicious, so I was excited. If this is the first you hear about Fat Snax, here’s the dough!

Fat Snax are cookies that have 0 sugar, contain healthy fats, and are low carb. Need more? Fat Snax’s are also gluten-free and are all natural with no added preservatives. Following a keto diet? Well, these are perfect!

Available in a variety of flavors (Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter, Double Chocolate Chip, and Lemony Lemon), Fat Snax cookies are great on their own, but it’s recommended to enhance the flavor to use them as ice cream sandwich cookies.

I tried them all with cream cheese and vanilla ice cream. With the summer season in full swing, the ice cream sandwich is the winner in taste and feeling refreshing. But your choice of cream cheese is what you want to add for an evening snack!

Also, this is just a personal tip my taste buds enjoy, I recommend you store these in your fridge. I’ve always loved cold cookies and this way helps the ice cream sandwich taste that much better.

I received all four flavors and if I had to rank them, here’s my take:

• Peanut Butter
• Lemony Lemon

The chocolate chip cookie is a staple. It’s what you think about when you think of cookie, because nobody enjoys a plain cookie. Fat Snax version of a chocolate chip cookie is tasty! Try it with vanilla ice cream and you’ve found heaven.

Want even more chocolate? You can’t go wrong with the Double Chocolate Chip! Have it cold for a real yummy crunch! For a peanut butter overload, add peanut butter to Fat Snax’s Peanut Butter cookies!

The Lemony Lemon cookies are also delicious, but they do leave me feeling an odd aftertaste. It’s not terrible, but I didn’t see it coming.
