DQ is giving us all the deliciousness we could want this Fall with the help of their newest menu item, the Cinnamon Roll Milkshake.

When it comes to Fall flavors, it seems that 2019 is the year of Cinnamon. And considering how delicious this spice really is, it makes sense that places like DQ would want to capitalize on our love for this particular flavor.

According to Delish, in order to make the most of our love for this Fall ready spice, they have added a new milkshake to the menu. The Cinnamon Roll Milkshake is DQ’s answer to Pumpkin Spice everything, and we are definitely okay with that.

Although we often think of the Blizzards when it comes to delicious ice cream based goodness from DQ, there is always time for a milkshake. And when that milkshake happens to taste like one of our favorite breakfast worthy baked goods, we can’t help but be excited.

More from Drinks

Just like with their Blizzards, the base of this icy goodness is a vanilla soft serve ice cream. And of course, you can’t have a milkshake without milk. Then the flavors of a cinnamon roll are layered in to create a decadent drink that will change the way you look at Fall.

Considering the Cinnamon Roll Milkshake is joining a Fall menu that already features the Harvest Berry Pie and the Heath Caramel Brownie Blizzards, it does have some stiff competition when it comes to becoming a new seasonal favorite. However, the fact a milkshake is a bit more grab and go means it does have the ability to stand out from the crowd.

I think the idea of creating a drinkable sweet treat based off of one of our favorite breakfast baked goods was a great idea. And it certainly feels like a perfect Fall item. Hopefully it becomes a favorite for a lot of people and ends up sticking around once the seasons change.

Forget the PSL at Starbucks as this is the season of the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew. light. Related Story
