On Sept. 19, McDonald’s and Uber Eats will partner up to deliver the ultimate night in, creatively called McDelivery Night In.

Want some socks with that Big Mac? Well, on Sept. 19, McDonald’s will have you covered. The fast-food behemoth is partnering with Uber Eats for McDelivery Night In, which aims to amp up the company’s profits by combining their food with apparel and other McMerch (yes, I made a really bad pun out of that) if you order at least $10 worth of food.

You’ll have your choice of a wide range of McOfferings, from Big Mac & Fry socks, scrunchies and more while supplies last. So why is McDonald’s going fries-to-the-wall with McDelivery Night In? Well, it’s because the chain has recently celebrated a nice milestone.

McDonald’s has now delivered food via Uber Eats to over one million customers, making them by far the leader in fast food delivery. In a press release announcing their McDelivery Night In, the company wrote that over 10 McDelivery orders are made every second. I don’t know about you, but that’s a lot of McDonald’s meals ordered daily.

Uber Eats is the main delivery partner for McDonald’s and they’ve racked up a pretty nice profit off of all of those McDeliveries. So the company shouldn’t have a problem with paying their delivery drivers decently during this special night, right?

An Uber Eats driver can only dream, but at least those who will be gifted with those fuzzy Big Mac slippers will give their drivers a nice tip.

McDelivery Night In starts at 5 p.m. Sept. 19. Will you be getting in on this? Sound off in the comments!
