When it comes to healthy eating, no other option than making your own meals is better for you. Only you can be sure what ingredients you use, the portions, and, let’s be honest, cooking can be a lot of fun, too. Making the correct decisions, however, isn’t as simple. This is where Fly by Jing comes in!
Here at Guilty Eats, we won’t lie and say that healthy food is better-tasting than calorie-packed options. We are Guilty Eats for a reason! However, if you know where to look, there are definitely ingredients out there that help you not sacrifice flavor in order to eat more healthy. In fact, some of these ingredients even spice up your foods in all the best ways.
Fly by Jing are 100% all-natural Chinese food products that are premium, accessible, and convenient. Their flavors celebrate street food culture and diversity. Flavors include Sichuan Chili Crisp (this is the one I received), Zhong Dumpling Sauce, and Mala Spice Mix.
I sampled the Sichuan Chili Crisp by seasoning my chicken with it, which I paired with a side salad. Compared to my go-to spices, the Sichuan Chili Crisp definitely does add a bolder taste to it. It’s also not as spicy as I imagined, which, to me, was great news!
The only complain I can see consumers having, is the price. Each jar is priced at $15, or the trio for $42. That may be more than what most people wish to pay, though I can honestly say I’ve yet to try anything like this. Spending the extra money on Fly by Jing will have to depend on your personal tastebuds and budget.
