This year the secret menu at Starbucks is packed with Nightmare Before Christmas inspired drinks, including the delightfully refreshing Sally Frappuccino.

October is the month of Halloween and all things spooky. And so it makes sense that if there was a way to celebrate this haunting holiday, people would find it. But, it turns out that Starbucks lovers have already found the perfect way to honor Halloween with the help of the infamous secret menu.

According to Delish, a new Frappuccino inspired by Nightmare Before Christmas has been spotted on Instagram. And while it may not look spooky like the Jack Skellington Frappuccino, it still feels like the perfect option for those of us who loved Sally.

The Sally Frappuccino feels a bit like spring in a cup, and that makes sense when you think of the character herself. However, while it may not seem spooky enough to be considered a Halloween drink, we think the fact that it is inspired by our girl Sally is enough to get it added to our Starbucks secret menu for the Fall.

Now, I will say, this particular drink feels a little more complicated, so you will want to pay attention in order to get this one done right. But, if you are a Nightmare Before Christmas fan who loves Starbucks, you won’t want to miss this one.

To order a Sally Frappuccino, you will start by ordering a Vanilla Bean Frappuccino with Caramel Drizzle in the cup. Then ask for matcha powder to be blended in to the vanilla bean. While this seems easy enough, we now turn to the toppings for this to really get the Sally effect.

On top of your Frappuccino you are going to want to ask for whipped cream, the strawberry sauce, and what Starbucks calls strawberry inclusions (which are really just pieces of freeze-dried strawberries). And that’s it, you have your Sally Frappuccino.

Think of this as saying goodbye to summer and welcoming the colder weather. And considering the colorful effect the strawberries, caramel, and matcha will have on this Frappuccino, you really will feel like this is inspired by Nightmare Before Christmas or at the very least our rag doll Sally.
