Supernatural fans, you can now make your family mealtimes an adventure with the Collins’ new cookbook.
From TV star to cookbook author— star of The CW’s Supernatural, Misha Collins, and his wife, Vicki, have co-authored a cookbook—The Adventurous Eaters Club: Mastering the Art of Family Mealtime.
The news comes barely a couple of months following the announcement of an official Supernatural cookbook—in conjunction with the show’s 15th and final season—now available for pre-order on Amazon.
The Adventurous Eaters Club cookbook is aimed at parents who are struggling with mealtimes because their children are picky eaters.

Speaking to Haute Living, Collins explained the reasoning behind creating this cookbook, saying that his fussy children preferred eating processed food instead of their healthier counterparts.
“We realized we were setting [our children] up for a lifetime of unhealthy eating habits, but we discovered that if we turned the kitchen into a playground and cooked with them, it changed everything for our family.
“The Adventurous Eaters Club is a cookbook and our attempt to share what we learned with other parents in hopes that it might help them find ways to connect with their kids through cooking and teach their kids to be courageous, curious, life-long healthy eaters.”
The cookbook contains recipes created while the Collins were playing with their children in the kitchen.
According to Collins, he and his wife would let their children lead the way in terms of what food to taste or combine. Some of the recipes included in the book are the results of those experiments.
Even more than the recipes in the cookbook, Collins advocates for using family mealtimes as a way to bond with one’s children and each other.
