The fast food industry isn’t known for their vegan menu items, but Wendy’s has several options that are actually very tasty!

When you’re vegan and your pals drag you to a fast food restaurant, you likely go for a salad or fruit cup. Boring! Next time that happens, suggest hitting up Wendy’s, where, yes, there are side salads and fruit, but also a few underrated vegan-friendly food options.

Some obvious choices are their tasty fries, of course, a garden salad, and fruit, but for more, read on! According to Women’s Health Mag, these are the best items to get at Wendy’s:

Baked potato: True, you’ll have to skip the bacon bits and other toppings, but a regular baked potato is vegan-friendly and healthy enough for you.

Southwest Avocado Salad: A salad is one thing, but a southwest avocado salad is another! Not so fast, though, you have to ask for a few extra ingredients and have some removed as well. Order this without chicken, bacon, and cheddar. Oh, and enjoy Light Balsamic Dressing instead of ranch.

Apple Pecan Salad: Just like the first salad, this one will also require a few modifications, but it’ll still taste pretty good. After taking away the chicken, blue cheese, and pecans, you’ll be left with pomegranate vinaigrette, cranberries, and apples.

Homestyle Potatoes: I would get this just because they are great! No modifications needed here, just order them for breakfast or a snack.
