2020-2021 UPDATE: It’s New Year’s Eve and all you want to do is order in, and we don’t blame you! But is Uber Eats delivering on NYE 2020? What about New Year’s Day 2021?
It’s a busy time (and it’s been one heck of a year — not in a good way), so ordering lunch or dinner to be delivered to your door is likely a popular choice on this day. Not to mention, you’ll probably wake up feeling lazy and tired (and hungover), so why not hit up Uber Eats? Here’s what we know!
The answer is YES! Get happy, and start planning your meal, Uber Eats delivers on all major holidays. Keep in mind, not everyone will be around. It’s understandable for drivers to take shorter hours (or the whole day off) to enjoy the holidays. That said, be patient with your order. And be sure you tip well!

Most restaurants and business are closed or follow short operation hours. There are still some you can count on such as IHOP and Denny’s, and most (if not all) fast food places are opening today. The Uber Eats apps should tell you which places are open for you to order.
