Mini donuts at Krispy Kreme will make you break your New Year’s resolution

If you haven’t yet broken your New Year’s resolution, you’re about to! And it’ll all be thanks to the mini donuts at Krispy Kreme!
You can probably guess by our name, Guilty Eats, but we skipped out on one of the most popular New Year’s resolution — cutting back on calories! In fact, our only New Year’s resolution is to find and try more tasty treats than ever before! This includes both sweets and healthy snacks, of course. So in keeping up with our goal, we’ll be rushing to get some mini donuts from Krispy Kreme!
The donut shop is leaving their bite-size treats on the menu for good! If this is the first you hear about Krispy Kreme’s mini donuts, we’ve got all the details for you, below.
On Jan. 6, Krispy Kreme announced that they would be rolling out small version of their most popular donuts. Some of these include the original glazed donuts, chocolate iced with sprinkles, and chocolate iced glazed. The brand will be leaving these as part of their permanent menu, so, while you should rush to get these because they are irresistible, you don’t have to worry about them going anywhere anytime soon.

These mini donuts are 100 calories each (regular size are about 190 calories) and contain 10 grams of sugar. But who’s counting, right? One or two of these won’t hurt you as dessert or a snack.

That’s not all Krispy Kreme is offering customers, though! Each Monday in January (there are still 2 more left!), the shop is hosting “Mini Mondays” by offering mini happy hour from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. in which they’ll give customer one free Mini Donut.
