Lent season is in full swing. If you are tired of the repetition or finding seafood a little too expensive to keep up with it, we’re here to help! Here are the best fast food alternatives that are perfect for any budget. From McDonald’s to Wendy’s, here’s where to get the most budget-friendly and tastiest meals for lent!

Now that those who participate in lent have been at it for a couple of weeks, it’s time to shake things up. Here are some of our favorite lent meals you have to try: 

Chick-fil-A: This spot is our favorite for chicken nuggets, but they also have the best fish sandwiches! Because, Chick-fil-A puts quality and flavor into everything they do!

Wendy’s: The fast food restaurant recently brought back its fish sandwich, and it’ll only be available for a limited time!

Popeyes: Don’t be so quick to forget that Popeyes makes amazing shrimp! For a limited time, you can get the Buttermilk Biscuit Shrimp Combo (it’s only $6).

Arby’s: Available for a limited time, try Arby’s Crispy Fish! The sandwich includes a fish filet, tartar sauce, and lettuce, all hugged by a sesame seed bun. This isn’t the only sandwich available at Arby’s for lent season, there’s also the Fish ‘n Cheddar sandwich, which has all of the above ingredients plus cheddar cheese sauce! Finally, there’s the King’s Hawaiian Fish Deluxe, which is a fish filet, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and tartar sauce all between a King’s Hawaiian bun.
