Little Fires Everywhere is now streaming on Hulu and Mia’s meatloaf has stolen the show! Where can we get the recipe?
Hulu has released the first three episodes for Little Fires Everywhere, a new drama series that stars Reese Witherspoon and Kerry Washington. The series is an adaptation of Celeste Ng’s novel of the same name and follows the lives of Elena Richardson (Witherspoon) and Mia Warren (Washington) intertwining, launching secrets, mystery, and loaded with drama. But it’s apparently also packed with delicious food, all courtesy of Mia Warren.
In episode 2, “Seeds and All,” Mia is cooking up some meatloaf for the Richardson’s and, at first glance, she seems to be making just a regular meatloaf. But then, she adds an ingredient that stands out: She adds Ritz Crackers crumbles!

Even Bill Richardson (Joshua Jackson), Elena’s husband, is surprised and loves the addition. He mentions that his wife Elena only uses bread crumbs. Hey, never diss your wife’s cooking! Elena tells Bill this is how her mother would make it, and Bill says his mother would do the same.
We found this simple meatloaf recipe on All Recipes and it seems simple enough to put together even if you don’t have much experience in the kitchen. Check out the recipe HERE to try it out for yourself at home! Just remember to add Ritz Crackers instead of regular bread crumbs. That is, if they are still available at the store with how many people are panic buying these days.
Let us know what you think about the results if you try this recipe. Who is your favorite TV foodie (fictional character or not)? We can’t wait to see what else Mia cooks up on the show, you know, besides drama.
Watch the first three episodes of Little Fires Everywhere on Hulu, where new episodes will premiere each Wednesday. We definitely recommend it.
