With local restaurants looking for more creative ways to lure customers, this Virginia Beach eatery turned to Netflix’s Tiger King Joe for inspiration.

If you have ever been to the Whiskey Kitchen in Virginia Beach, you know that they have something of everything, including Tiger King Joe!

Yes, Tiger King Joe has come to this Virginia Beach restaurant for both vacation and to help lure in more customers. On its Facebook page recently, an employee decided to take the post to the extreme, dressing like Joe Exotic, promoting what he describes as “Curbside Rescue.”

These videos are freaking hilarious, and could very well save their business.

In a time when local restaurants are increasingly uncertain as to how they will survive the coronavirus pandemic, the Whiskey Kitchen’s own Tiger King could be the lifeline the eatery needed. How he came to the Whiskey Kitchen is a curious one. In the first video, he says he just “got out of the federal penitentiary and the zoo business” just to get to Virginia Beach and try this restaurant and become part of the business?

Now in my experience of living, I haven’t heard of anyone getting out of prison nor stop doing what they love just to eat at a gastropub, but Tiger King Joe sure did, and who am I to question his motives?

In the second video, he sings “Here Kitty, Kitty” and there is no way I can describe that video. You just have to see it for yourself:

Now you see why these videos have over 23,000 views and are hitting the right feels in a time when we need it. The Whiskey Kitchen’s food alone could lure in new customers, but to pair it with Tiger King Joe, well that’s just a shot of advertisement brilliance.
