7. Mint

The classic mint chocolate flavor (always a classic), didn’t disappoint. It’s made with a dark chocolate, as opposed to the original milk. I’ve got to say that, while dark chocolate is my favorite, I think these would’ve just had an amped up flavor made with milk chocolate. It’s just a better combination! If a variety out there exists, please let me know!

The mint M&M’s would go well with any of the three chocolates (white, milk, or dark). While they were made with dark chocolate, a bit of added sweetness would surely come from using white or milk chocolate.

Maybe it’s a good thing that dark chocolate was used, as they’re easier to pop into your mouth as a snack without making your teeth hurt (is too many ever a bad thing? NO).

One tip I can give you is, if you buy these in bulk or are making a snack mix with them, don’t mix them with other M&M flavors. The mint is so strong that it’ll start to turn your other M&M’s minty and change their flavor to be a bit weird.

Overall, this particular flavor is one of those flavors that anyone who’s a mint chocolate fanatic needs to try. The mint in these is more natural-tasting and less mint extract kind of tasting (a.k.a. SUPER DELICIOUS)!

Overall, Mint M&M’s deserve a 7.5 out of 10.
