Sunchips: Ranking 7 flavors of this fan-favorite chip

5. Sun Puffs: Four Cheese

These are definitely the odd ones of the bunch as they’re not shaped like regular Sunchips. Sure, they still got the little impressions of the ruffles to get the same idea. However, they’re much smaller, thicker, and have more of the consistency of a cross between a Cheetos Puff and regular Sunchips.

Don’t worry, though, they’re still 100% whole grain just like all the other flavors of Sunchips. So though they may feel different, they are the same thing!

These are definitely interesting, probably the most interesting out of the whole bunch here. The texture is totally different than the regular variety. The flavor is alright, but for sure not my favorite.

The four cheeses that are used within these chips are the following: Monterey Jack, Cheddar, Gouda, and Mozzarella. While I do like all four of these cheeses, I feel like these chips would’ve been much better maybe with only some Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese combined.

If you’re a cheese lover (much like myself), then you’ll probably be a fan of these. While they’re not my favorite, I’d still reach for them or buy them if I really wanted to. For now, I’ll just stick with my personal favorites on this list (which you’ll see more of in the next coming slides).

Overall, Sun Puffs: Four Cheese deserves a 7.1 out of 10.
