If you’re missing the feeling of drinking a Caesar (Bloody Mary) at any given brunch, these restaurants in Calgary are here to help you fill that void with their DIY Caesar Kits!

Just because we’re all stuck at home right now doesn’t mean that things like brunch and happy hour can’t happen. And thanks to five local spots in Calgary, Canada, you can now pick up a DIY Caesar Kit to make this classic fan-favorite drink in the comfort of your own homes.

If other cocktails, like bellinis and martinis are too sweet for you, then try making a Caesar, which just so happens to be Calgary’s drink. Some people may call this drink a bit strange, but it’s really just a Canadian version of a Bloody Mary which we all know and love here in the States.

If you’ve ever been to Calgary, or if you live there as well, you’ll know that they’ve got some pretty great hot spots to get a good Caesar.

Calgary is certainly coming in hot with their DIY Caesar Kits, as there are currently five restaurants around that are selling these kits. Essentially, with one of these kits and the help of all of the classic and key ingredients within them, you can become your very own bartender (and who wouldn’t want that?)!

Places offering DIY Caesar Kits in Calgary are as follows:

Local on 8th

Price: Starting at $20

Address: 310 8 Ave. S.W., Calgary, AB

This particular establishment also sells brunch kits as well (OK, YES PLEASE)!!

The Tommyfield Gastropub

In addition to the ingredients of a classic Caesar, this kit also comes with two glass Tito’s glasses as well!!

YYC Caesar Fest

Price: TBD

Just because this annual Calgary fest got cancelled, doesn’t mean we still can’t have a party. Organizers of the festival are still working to make a kit available for pre-orders!! (Which is also why there is no price just yet.)

Free House

Price: TBD
Address: 1153 Kensington Cres. N.W., Calgary, AB

The kit hasn’t launched officially yet. However, it is in the works as we speak (or type).

Cilantro and Chive

Price: Starting at $6.99

Address: 5021 50 St. Lacombe, AB

While this place might not be directly in Calgary, this place surely has its fair share of crazy Caesars. And not only that, but also kits for other drinks that are available at this eatery. It’s hard to not include those other drink kits on this here list even.

If you don’t live in Calgary or near one of these places in Canada, check any place local to yourself to see if they’re offering any sort of deal like these. If not, ask for recipes and make a quick trip to the store and then stock up on ingredients so happy hour and brunch can happen any day of the week and at any time.
