Love Chicken Parmesan? This Oceanside, NY restaurant serves a 7-pound Stuffed Chicken Parmesan Pizza that will knock you off your feet!

Talk about an Italian Feast! This Oceanside, NY establishment takes Chicken Parm seriously, as do I. In fact, they serve up a Stuffed Chicken Parmesan Pizza that has all of your favorite elements of Chicken Parm from the pasta, to the crispy breading on the outside and everything else in between! Let’s take a look at how they make it and the story behind it.

It starts with the classic: a giant breaded stuffed chicken cutlet that is seasoned and chopped and then rolled super thin to be able to wrap it around and stuff the rest of the guts on the inside. Next comes the pasta, with vodka sauce to be exact, and then topped with even more cheese (never a bad thing, remember that). Followed by the second piece of thinly pounded chicken breast, comes freezing and then breading it and frying it. Yes, this all happens before it goes into the oven.

After it comes out of the oven, it’s covered in more vodka sauce and topped with potentially one of the best parts of this whole entire thing: thin and crispy fried prosciutto (drool-central).
