Burger King recently entered the Spicy Nuggets game, but are they giving Wendy’s Spicy Nuggets a run for their money? Which of the two is better?
For the longest time, Wendy’s has had the superior Spicy Nuggets in the fast food business. Not one to fall behind on the latest trends, Burger King recently brought back their Spicy Nuggets and fans have been quick to stop by for $1 8-pc Spicy Nuggets.

Price
At BK, you can get 8-pc Spicy Nuggets for just $1, while at Wendy’s the Spicy Nuggets are $1.49 for a 4-pc, $2.19 for a 6-pc, or $3.49 for a 10-pc. The price is obviously more at Wendy’s, but, as the saying goes, you pay for what you get! In all honesty, can you truly trust the quality of a meal that’s only $1? Speaking of which…
Quality
This could just be me, but because of the price, I feel like Wendy’s offers better quality. The Spicy Nuggets at BK have a very soft texture, and the meat is just too tender for my taste! Wendy’s Spicy Nuggets offers the perfect crunch in every bite and tastes like it was better cooked and with better quality meat.
Flavor
After my comments on the quality of Wendy’s vs Burger King’s Spicy Nuggets, I obviously prefer the taste of Wendy’s Spicy Nuggets. I love the crunch and the spice.
The spiciest
Wendy’s Spicy Nuggets have spicier flavoring, in my opinion! The spice lingers longer (the perfect excuse to enjoy one of Wendy’s refreshing drinks) and has a bigger kick.
