CANADA

Poutine

Yep, you heard that right. Canadian McDonald’s serve their classic fries poutine-style, which is a very Canadian twist to a delicious side dish to any burger or chicken sandwich that McDonald’s may serve. Their Poutine is a box of fries, topped with a rich and thick gravy and cheese curds. Okay, now what could be better than that? Nothing.

Chocolate Hazelnut Muffin

Sure, this menu item may seem simple, but it just sounds super delicious to me. What could be better than a morning muffin that tastes like Nutella? Sounds mouthwatering, if you ask me. In a nutshell, this muffin is a dark chocolate cake-base, made with cocoa and hazelnuts. And remember: they’re all baked super fresh in their ovens daily.

Cadbury Creme Egg McFlurry

What?! I’m so jealous that this exists in Canada and not in the US. Although Cadbury Crème Eggs are an acquired taste among most, I personally love them, and this to me, just sounds like the perfect way to treat myself. This McFlurry has a base of their smooth vanilla soft serve, followed by some milk chocolate pieces, as well as being swirled with the center crème that you find in the middle of the eggs, finished off by all being whipped together. Double yum!
