Classic brownies are delicious, so why not try white chocolate brownies?
Eating a brownie is probably one of my personal favorite ways to enjoy some good ol’ chocolate, whether it a be a celebration or holiday of some sort, or if I’m just plain craving one! I am also absolutely obsessed with white chocolate (in fact, I prefer white chocolate Reese’s over a regular one). If you love both, much like myself of course, then try this brand new White Chocolate Brownie recipe, as brought to us by Delish!
The thing that I think makes this recipe so drool-worthy is that, not only can white chocolate chips be used in the batter, but melted white chips or nibs are mixed into the batter as well. Because of this, it gives the most perfect of textures to this brownie: a perfect mixture of chewy and cakey (so, if you don’t strongly prefer one over the other, then this one will be for you, and it certainly will be for me, let me tell you).
How long does this take and what will I need to make white chocolate brownies?
Looking at the recipe, it doesn’t take much. Maybe you already have all of the ingredients in your pantry and fridge to save yourself a trip out to the store, who knows! The instructions seem simple, and time-wise it doesn’t take too long. Although the instructions say to let cool for a few hours, if the texture is how you like it without doing that step, then feel free to go right ahead and skip it.
Here’s what you’ll need to make these delicious White Chocolate Brownies:
- Cooking spray (or butter which I personally prefer to use)
- 7 tbsp. unsalted butter (so almost a full stick)
- 8 oz. white chocolate, finely chopped (or however you’d like to use it really)
- 2 large room temp eggs
- Granulated sugar
- Vanilla extract
- All-purpose flour
- Semisweet chocolate chips (or you can double and use white chocolate chips)
These brownies only take a short 30 minutes to cook in a 350 degree oven and then cool for a little while after!
