McDonald’s Coconut Pie is here for all our tropical dreams

If you’re a fan of McDonald’s pies and coconut, check out this new Coconut Pie

Without even tasting it yet, I can already tell that McDonald’s Coconut Pie just sounds like the perfect Summer dessert to transport us somewhere tropical and poolside. If you’re like me, you love coconut; however, if you don’t like coconut or coconut-flavored desserts, then this probably won’t be a favorite of yours, so just stick with their other pie flavors instead!

While this was originally announced as a return item on McDonald’s Singapore menu, thanks to Delish, we certainly wish it would make an appearance stateside.

McDonald’s Coconut Pie better come to the U.S. soon

I don’t think that this pie has ever been available in the U.S., but hopefully it will be super soon.

This is yet another delicious version of McDonald’s crispy hand pies, although this one is filled with a sweet and creamy coconut filling, as well as some nata de coco bits, which upon doing some research, is a type of coconut jelly-type product.

Needless to say, if you’re a coconut-lover, much like my Mom and myself, then look no further for the best filled hand pie around.

If these brand new tropical hand pies aren’t available near you, but you’re still interested in trying it, there are tons and tons of websites and sources all over the internet filled with filled pie recipes, including some replica recipes to McDonald’s exact hand pies as well.

All in all, if you’re a huge coconut fan, and you’ve always got to order a pie each time you graze the McDonald’s drive-thru or take out, then try this out for yourself.
